Cold extremities, pallor, shortness of breath? Weakness fatigue
How do we diagnose aplastic anemia?
Pancytopenia confirmation, hypocellular bone marrow and ensure no abnormal hepatopoietic stem cells seen in blood
How do we treat severe aplastic anemia?
Immediate transfusions, and broad spectrum anti-biotics
