<1.5 neutrophils

Leukopenia (sparing of lymphocutes)

Can be presenting feature of ALymphoblastic or MLeukaemia
May go on to PNH or myelodysplasia

Anti-thymocyte globulin - ATG
Anti-lymphocyte globlin - ALG
+ steroids (prevent allergy)
Immunosupression eg ciclosporin
