Metonymy
it is a figure of speech that replaces the name of a thing with the name of something with which it closely relate.
Anaphora
in writing or speech the deliberate repetition of the first part of the sentence in order to achieve an artistic effect known as anaphora. possibly the oldest literary devised used to emphasize certain words or phrases
Epistrophe
derived from a greek word that means turning upon which means the same word returns at the end of each sentence stylistic device that can be defined as the repetition of phrases or words at the end of the clauses or sentences.
Asyndenton
derived from a greek word which means unconnected, used to intentionally eliminate conjunctions between phrases and in the sentence, yet maintain it grammatically accurate. helps reduce the indirect meaning of the phrase in a concise form, helps speed up the rhythm of the words.
Polysyndeton
greek word meaning “bound together”, makes use of coordinating conjunctions like, “and”, “or”, “but”, and “nor” )mostly and/or) used to join successive words
