Long history of Christian hatred of Jews: blood libel, traitors, scapegoat, practiced usury, and we’re greedy bankers, pogroms

4 long-term causes of WWII

A

Conquest of new lands by fascist countries, especially Nazi Germany and Imperial Japan
Bad economic times meant that many countries were not willing to fight
Harsh WWI treaty agreements with Germany caused a rise of more extreme solutions (Nazis)
The Failure of the league of Nations (3 reasons)- countries like USA and USSR were absent. Countries were war-weary and hesitated upon attacking powerful countries. No actions for civil wars
