Esmolol initial bolus of 0.1 to 0.5 milligram/kg IV over 1 minute followed by an infusion of 0.025 to 0.2 milligram/kg/ min.
Nitroprusside 0.3 mcg/kg/min can be started after negative ionotropes are initiated and effective.
GET A CXR PRIOR TO STARTING ANTICOAGULATION IF YOU THINK IT IS ACS.
