1.Rods moving If there is uncontrolled rod motion then place control rods in Manual
Check rods stopped if rods continue to move trip reactor
2.Dropped rod. If only 1 rod dropped place rod control to manual
If more than one rod dropped trip reactor
AOI-18 Immediate actions
Monitor RCS pressure stable.
Restore press to normal using Manual control
If PZR pressure drop due to failed PORV then close PORV and or block valves for failed PORV
If PZR pressure drop due to failed spread valves the close failed spray valves manually
AOI-4 Immediate actions
Place rods in Manual check rod motion stopped
If rods continue to move trip reactor
