Selective Mutism

Specific Phobia

Social Anxiety Disorder
A. Fear of scrutiny by others in social situation B. fear of acting in a way that results in criticism/offense C. must almost always cause anxiety D. avoided or endured with intense fear or anxiety. Panic Disorder
A. Recurrent unexpected panic attacks. B. 1 month (or more) of 1. Persistent concern or worry about additional panic attacks or their consequences 2. A significant maladaptive change in behavior related to the attacks C. NBE medical D. NBE mental
Panic Attack Specifier
Surge of intense fear, peak within minutes, at which point 4+ occur: 1. Palpitations. 2. Sweating. 3. Trembling 4. shortness of breath 5. choking. 6. Chest pain 7. Nausea 8. dizzy 9. Chills or heat sensations. 10. Paresthesias 11. Derealization or depersonalization 12. Fear of losing control or “going crazy.”
Agoraphobia
A. Marked fear or anxiety about two (or more) of the following five situations: 1. public transportation 2. open spaces 3. enclosed places 4. Standing in line or being in a crowd. 5.
