Endocrine: decreased libido
GI: appetite changes, wt gain/loss
Resp: nasal congestion
Best benzo for skeletal muscle relaxation
diazepam
Benzos for amnestic effect
triazolam and midazolam (Versed)
Benzo for status epilepticus
Lorazepam
Benzo for petit mal (Lennox-Gastaut variant)
Clonazepam
