A

A

What is inner spiral the thighs?

A

roll thighs inward, roll inner thighs back, rooting femurs into sockets and arching lower back, inner thighs away from the midline, widening the sitting bones

What is outer spiral the thighs?

A

roll thighs outward, move the inner edges of pelvis (tailbone, base of sacrum and sitting bones) forward, buttocks flesh downward, tailbone scoops, low belly lifts, draw the sides of pelvis, legs and feet together
