A

Aciclovir:
Guanosine analogue, blocks viral DNA extension.
(CMV doesn’t have the thymidine kinase so it doesn’t work.)

Ganciclovir.
SFX: BM suppression.
2nd: Foscarnet.
3rd: Cidofovir for retinitis.
