SE: crystalline nephropathy

MOA: CMV viral kinase activated, DNA Polymerase inhibition
Use: CMV
SE: Leukopenia, thrombocytopena, Renal toxicity
Foscarnet
MOA: Viral DNA polymerase inhibitor
Use: CMV retinitis, resistant HSV
SE: Nephrotoxic
Cidofovir
MOA: Inhibit DNA polymerase
Use: CMV retinitis, Resistant HSV
SE: Nephrotoxic (must give with probenecid)
