- CV se: torsades de pointes, orthostatic hypotension

- Neuroleptic malignant syn : rare, life threatening, idiosyncratic rxn to neuroleptic meds

- fever
- muscle rigidity
- altered mental status
- autonomic instability
(hypertension, tachyp, tachycardia, hyperthermia)
Lab: wcc, ck, myoglobinuria
