Q

Glycoprotein 2a/2b inhibitors

- Mechanism

A

Glycoprotein 2a/b are receptors involved in platelet aggregation.
- Inhibiting this prevents platelet aggregation, hence blot clotting.

Examples

  • Abciximab
  • Eptifibatide
  • Tirofiban
