Echinocandins - MOA
Inhibit synthesis of fungal cell WALL by blocking synthesis of beta-1,3-glucan
Azoles - MOA
Inhibition of ergosterol synthesis from lanosterol (inhibition of fungal CYP450 - causes drug-drug interactions)
Azoles - AEs
CYP450 inhibition (worst w ketoconazole) Antiandrogenic effects w ketoconazole
Flucytosine - AEs
Bone marrow suppression
Griseofulvin - MOA
Inhibits squalene epoxidase

Hepatotoxicity, headache , rash, granulocytopenia
