Adverse effects of anticonvulsants?

A

Valproate and carbamazepine - drowsiness, ataxia, cardiovascular effects and induces liver enzymes.
Valproate -teratogenicity (neural tube defects)
Lamotrigine - small risk of SJS (Stevens-Johnson syndrome).
