Topical Fusidic Acid, Oral fluclox or erythromycin (if widespread)
Cellulitis

Phenoxymethylpenicillin (doxy + metronidazole if pen allergy)
Animal/Human bite
Co-amoxiclav (doxy + metronidazole if Pen allergy)
