What is a common side effect seen with first-generation antipsychotics?
Extrapyramidal side effects (EPS), which causes movement disorders- dystonia, akathisia, and parkinsonism, chronic manifestations of tardive akathisia and tardive dyskinesia.

- Acute episodes of Mania
