Q

Which windscreens are heated and how?

A

Front windows(1L and 1R) are electrically heated when FWD window heat is selected on

Side windows(2L and 2R) are electrically heated when side window heat is selected on. 4 and 5 would be heated by this switch if installed

Windows 3L and 3R are not heated

16
Q

What do the probe heat annunciator lights indicate and do we get a MC?

A

Respective probe is not heated.

MC for ANTI ICE without recall

17
Q

How does standby power affect the probe heat annunciator lights?

A

On standby power, probe heat annunciator lights do not indicate system status

18
Q

When the windscreen wipers are switched to INT, how frequent do they activate?

A

7 second intermittent operation

19
Q

When will the wing anti ice control valves open on the ground?

A

Switch selected on and,
Thrust lever position below TO config warning activation setting and,
Wing duct temperature below thermal switch activation temp

20
Q

When will the wing anti ice switch automatically trip off if selected on during ground operations?

A

On lift off

21
Q

What will selecting wing anti ice on during flight do?

A

Opens both wing anti ice valves
Changes stick shaker activation logic to icing conditions
Adjusts min maneuvering speed bars to icing conditions
Icing condition logic remains for rest of flight regardless of switch position
