NONE! Leading Edge Anti-Icing is INEFFECTIVE with flaps extended.
Which windows provide Anti-Ice and anti-fogging protection? AOM II 3-9
All Flight Deck windows are electrically heated.
The forward windows have both exterior surface anti-icing and interior surface anti-fogging protection.
The side windows have interior anti-fogging protection only.
When is anti-fogging available to the windows? AOM II 3-9
Anytime the aircraft is powered (the switch for each side is by the respective pilot’s O2 mask.
How do we reset a windshield heat controller fault? AIM II 3-9
Turn the window heat switched OFF for 10 seconds, then back ON.
Where is the windshield washer fluid reservoir located? AOM II3-4, 3-9
Behind the door in the book storage area, over the Captain’s left shoulder.
