A

MOA: prokinetic - D2 receptor antagonist (decreases motility in upper GIT and increases motility in lower GI tract)

  1. nausea and vomiting in migraine, delayed chemotherapy-induced or radiotherapy-induced
  2. prevention of post-op nausea and vomiting
  3. gastroparesis secondary to diabetic neuropathy
