A
MOA: prokinetic - D2 receptor antagonist (decreases motility in upper GIT and increases motility in lower GI tract)
- nausea and vomiting in migraine, delayed chemotherapy-induced or radiotherapy-induced
- prevention of post-op nausea and vomiting
- gastroparesis secondary to diabetic neuropathy
