Automatic using exhaust gas

18
Q

Ice Vanes

A

Engines are susceptible to FOD damage, engine anti-ice is ALWAYS on (extended) on ground.

  • Ice vanes should be extended in visible moisture below 5C
  • Monitor Oil Temp, may rise

Q

Windshield wipers

A

Two speed system
OFF- coast to position
PARK-returns to upright position

DO NOT USE ON DRY WINDSHIELD

22
Q

Auto-ignition

A

Attempts immediate relight if engine flames-out

23
Q

When does the auto-ignition system activate?

A

When torque drops below 400ft/lbs
