posterior synechiae (eye abnormal shape)
anterior chamber cells
hypopynon (pus)
reduced visual acuity
photophobia

A

refer within 24 hrs. sight threatening!!!

treatment differs depending on the cause but can consist of:

cycoplegic-mydriatic drugs (paralyse ciliary body)
steroids (systemic, intraocular, IM)
