what is the Marie stumpell ankylosing spondylitis?
begins in the sacroiliac and in the lumbar region to eventually progress up the spine
is muscle wasting and neurological symptoms common with Marie stumpell ankylosing spondylitis?
yes
muscle wasting can be prevented

inflammation, periosteum and synovium of the SI joint or lumbar spine
what does ossification of the annuls fibrosis lead too?
bony ridges at the periphery of the intervertebral joints
