Seated , knee in flexion , heel over edge of table
Traction moving client feet into dorsiflex
Ankle should be20 degree
Positive: limited dorsiflex
Gastroc strength test AR
Prone or seated
Make client resist dorsiflex
Not to let foot be pushed in this direction.
Soleus strength test AR
Asses strength of soleus mm
Knne flex 90 degree
Resist client trying to plantar flex
Tibialis Posterior strength test AR
Place client Ankle Plantar flex and Inversion
Ask client to hold this position
Try to dorsiflex and evert client foot
