Palpate proximally and distally immediately behind the medial malleolus with inversion and plantar flexion and better distinguished is toes are in slight extension. have patient lying prone with knee at 90 degrees of flexion

A

Tendon can be palpated immediately posterior to the medial malleolus and tibialis posterior and anterior to flex.hal long with flexion of the four lesser toes while maintain great toe extension, ankle dorsiflexion and foot eversion
