What is allegory ?
A story, poem, or picture that can be interpreted to reveal a hidden meaning, typically a moral or political one.
What is anthropomorphism?
The showing or treating of animals, gods, and objects as if they are human in appearance, character, or behaviour.

A story for children with fantastical elements
What is dystopia ?
An imagined state or society in which there is great suffering or injustice,
typically one that is totalitarian.
What is Irony ?
A situation in which something which was intended to have a particular result has
the opposite or a very different result

A short, memorable statement expressing a general truth or rule of conduct.

A principle or belief concerning right and wrong behaviour.

What is omniscient narrator ?
A third-person narrator who knows all the thoughts, actions, and
feelings of all characters.

Ideas or statements that are often false or exaggerated and that are spread
in order to help a cause, a political leader or a government
What is Satire ?
A technique used to expose and criticise foolishness and corruption of an individual
or a society, by using humour, irony, exaggeration, or ridicule.
Who is a Dictator ?
A ruler who has total power over everything and everyone – typically by force.
What is Communism ?
A system of social organisation in which all property is owned by the community and each person contributes and receives according to their needs/abilities.
Who is a Comrade ?
A fellow member of an organisation – typically linked to the armed forces
