What does the cell membrain do?

controls what enters and leaves the cell.

controls the cell and contains the DNA (chromosomes).

What do chromosones do?
A
a strand or piece of DNA found in the nucleus. Normally body cells contain 46 chromosomes, sex cells (egg and sperm) contain 23 chromosomes.

Where chemical reactions take place
