Dose: 0.2-0.4mg/kg over 30-60 seconds
Onset: 1 minute
Duration of Action: 3-10 minutes
Metabolized in the liver
Myoclonus, Pain on injection, CV stable
Adrenocortical Depression

Usually supplied 10mg/ml
Dose: 1-2mg/kg IV or 4-8mg/kg IM
Onset: 2-5 minutes; IM 3-8 minutes
Duration: 5-10 minutes
Adverse Effects: Emergence Delirium; HTN, but decreased BP in catecholamine depleted pts; Inc. CO, Inc HR., 
Contraindications: Psych Disorders, CAD, MI, Inc, IOP; CVA; Inc. ICP

Infusion: 25-200mcg/kg/min
Onset: Immediate
Duration: 5-20 minutes/dose dependent
Adverse Effects: hypotension, dec. HR, resp. depression, pain on injection, antiemetic

Pre-op: 0.5-2mg over 2 minutes; decrease dose in elderly 
Induction: 0.1-0.4mg/kg
Maintenance: 0.01--0.1mg/kg
Onset: 1-5 minutes
Duration: 15-80 minutes
Adverse Effects: Hypotension, bronchospasm, laryngospasm

Succinylcholine

A

Anectine
Adults: 0.5-1.5mg/kg
Kids: 1-2mg/kg IV; pretreat with atropine d/t bradycardia
DOA: 5-10 minutes
Maintenance: 0.15mg/kg
Adverse Effects: MH, hyperkalemia, Inc. gastric and IOP, arrhythmias and bradycardia with repeat dosing; masseter muscle spasm
