Pubertal undervirilisation: gynecomastia, decreased secondary terminal hair, and / or a high pitched voice

Undescended testes

Depends on degree
- Complete AIS –> external genitalia female
- Partial AIS –> external genitalia partially masculinised

Most children with CAIS are raised as girls.
