disease course of lichen nitidus and lichen planus
reassure - self resolves without scarring
lichen striatus vs linear lichen planus
dense lymphoid infiltrate around eccrine gland/duct
lichen sclerosus vs lichen planus of anogenital area
lichen sclerosus does NOT affect cervical/vaginal mucosa, unlike LP
