Small plaque parapsoriasis and MF
SPP with round to oval to digitate hyperpigmented or yellowish red scaling patches on trunk; histologic changes may overlap and may show clonality but rarely progresses (CTCL with erythematous to purplish lesions, induration, poikiloderma); responsive to phototherapy
describe “hanging curtain sign” of PR
when lesion stretched, the collarette of scale fall along the line of stretch
Treatment of choice for PRP
Systemic retinoids; NOT responsive to topical steroids
Atypical adult (II) and atypical juvenile (V) of PRP - presentation
atypical adult - eczematous; atypical juvenile - may show some overlap with ichthyosis; type IV (circumscribed) - palms, soles, knees, elbows; for juvenile, onset before 5 usually
