A

There was not a lot of farmland so they had to make the most of it. Greece was spread out and they were very good shipbuilders and they were good at fishing. They founded colonies, and traded olive oil and wine to get the resources they needed.

The early Greeks were known for being great shipbuilders and metalworkers. They were polytheistic. Most people were farmers. They didn’t have a lot of farmland so they had to battle for it and set up colonies. They were the Minoans and the Mycenaeans.
