Palmar interossei: what are the proximal and distal attachments of interossei one, two and three
One: attaches to anterior metacarpal of index finger (finger two) on “middle finger side” and the base of the proximal phalange of finger two at the dorsal digital expansion.

Dorsal interossei Manus: attachments of DIM one, two , three and four
Palmaris Brevis: attachments and innervation
The flexir retinaculum and the palmar aponeurosis to the dermis of the ulnar border of the hand
Innervation ulnar nerve C8, T1
Flexor Carpi Radialis: attachments and innervation
Medial epicondyle of the humerus via common flexor/belly/tendon
And
Anterior hand on Radial Side base of second and third metacarpal
Innervation Median C6, C7
Palmaris Longus (50) : attachments and innervation
Medial epicondyle of the humerus via common flexor/belly/tendon and palm of the hand, the palmar aponeurosis and the flexor retinaculum.
Innervation: median nerve C7, C8
Flexor carpi ulnaris attachments and innervation
Two heads- Medial epicondyle of the humerus via common flexor/belly/ tendon and the posterior 2/3 of the ulna
And
The pisiform, hook of the hamate and the base of the fifth metacarpal.
Innervation is C7, C8
