Flexor Digitorum Superficialis
(Humeral, Ulnar, and Radial Heads)
O (Humeral): Common flexor tendon of the medial epicondyle and ulnar collateral ligament
O (Ulnar): Coronoid process
O (Radial): Oblique radial line
I: Middle phalanges of the 2nd thru 5th digits
A: Flexes 2nd thru 5th IP joints; Assits with MP and wrist flexion

O: Common flexor tendon of the medial epicondyle
I: Pisiform, hamate, and 5th metacarpal
A: Wrist flexion and ulnar deviation; Assits with elbow flexion

I: Bases of the 2nd and 3rd metacarpals
A: Wrist flexion and radial deviation; Assits with pronation and elbow flexion
