Sheet of fibrous tissue originating from the orbital rim periosteum and blends with tarsal plates

Optic nerve damage secondary to raised intraocular pressure

Chronic, open-angle glaucoma . Trabecular meshwork deteriorates with age, so the drainage is slowed
Name 3 signs & symptoms of Acute closed-angle glaucoma
Painful red eye, 55 years +, irregular oval-shaped pupil, blurring of vision, halos around lights, nausea and vomiting.
