A

Trauma causing retina and choroidal trauma from high velocity projectile
Hemorrhage and Commotio
Heals with white fibrous scar and RPE changes

Ddx: pancreatitis, fat emboli, lupus, leukemia, amniotic Fluid emboli dermatomyositis
