Limits the power to fix the salaries of its members. They have to wait after the next regular election to change it.

Limits President to 2 terms.
22nd Amendment
Uncles the voters of DC in the presidential electorate.
23rd Amendment
Presidential Succession.
25th Amendment
Voting age minimum can not be more than 18.
