Cytarabine
A
Cytosar
pyrimidine analog
for AML: IV 100 or 200 mg/m2/day continuous infusion for 7 day
dose adjustment required in renal and hepatic impairment
used also in APL, ALL, Burkitt lymphoma, Mantle cell lymphoma, HL, NHL, C;LL and primary CNS lymphoma
Adverse effects:
BM supression, GI, pancreatitis, TLS
Cytarabine syndrome: fever, myalgia, rash, conjunctivitis- 6-12 after infusion, Tx steroids
Sudden respiratory distress syndrome

CD33 ab cojugated to chemothrapy
C33 positive AML: 3 mg/m2 (maximum: 4.5 mg/dose) on days 1, 4, and 7.
