A
Severe sinus node dysfunction Marked sinus bradycardia 2or 3degree AV block Bradycardia resulting in syncope (except in pt with pacemakers) Known allergy or hypersensitivity

Side Effects of Amiodarone
A
Hypotension
Hypotension, heart block, or severe bradycardia if given with drugs that prolong QT interval

A
300mg IV or IO initial dose
150mg IV or IO 2nd dose
