Under the US 1st amendment anyone can voice their opinion on what they want - religion, sex and no one can stop them unless is hateful like racist or sexist like their president Donald Trump
not being widely liked people can openly speak about this which wouldn’t happen in a communist country

People from Kuba moved over to America so they could openly speak about their religion views which didn’t happen in their dictatorship
What is meant by the right bear arms?
Under the 2nd amendment everyone is allowed to own a gun for self defence

What is meant by the right double jeopardy?
Under the 5th amendment no one can be subjected to the same offence twice since they already technique done their time and don’t want to incriminate themselves
