A

A fracture of the midface involving separation of all or a portion of the midface from the skull base

  1. Horizontal maxillary fracture separating the teeth from the upper face
  2. A pyramidal fracture with the teeth at the pyramidal base and the nasalfrontal suture at the apex
  3. Craniofacial fracture. Fracture line passes through nasofrontal suture, maxillo-frontal suture, orbital wall and zygomatic arch
