Riesling from Schlossberg Grand Cru made in a richer style with some botrytis-affected grapes often included. Grapes are harvested late but not in tries giving a wine with the richness of a VT but the finesse and finish of the dry expression of a normal harvest.
L’Inédit means literally “unedited” but means in English more as unusual as the style of the wine sits between dry and late harvest. Typically higher in alcohol around 14-15%
