Confirm the exact allergy
Repeat the allergy + explain we may need additional time to prepare the dish
Inform a Manager of allergy
Work together with the manager on phase 2 and 3

A
Manager to check the allergy guide
Manager to Inquire with the chef whether the item can be made without the allergen
Manager to review and Initial for approval BEFORE server sends completed order through POS

A
Inform the guest on the suggested modifications
Ring in the item with “ALLERGY” warning + the specific allergen + all modifications
Once prepared, the dish will be double checked + run out by a Manager (Manager must wash hands before delivery)
