Auerbach plexus: between circular and longitudinal layers of muscularis propria
what is idiopathic inflammatory bowel disease?
chronic inflammatory conditions resulting from inappropriate and persistent activation of mucosal immune system, driven my presence of normal intraluminal flora

Crohn’s disease (can affect any part)
ulcerative colitis
