    • ANAPHYLAXIS
      • after epi w/ no signs of shock
    • RESPIRATORY DISTRESS
      • Adult
        • Mild: Albuterol only by nebulizer
        • moderate to severe: Albuterol + Ipratropium by nebulizer, BVM or CPAP
      • Ped:
        • Mild: via handheld nebulizer, mask, BVM
        • moderate to severe: Albuterol + Ipratropium by nebulizer or BVM
    • CRUSH INJURY SYNDROME
      • 10-20mg via neb.
    • HYPERKALEMIA with significant ECG changes
