Conditions
Bomb threat against aircraft on the ground, baggage on aircraft or baggage TO BE loaded onboard an aircraft
Condition 1-A
Bomb threat to a structure or anything other than an aircraft
Condition 1-B
Hijacking on an aircraft or in a terminal
Condition 2
Area on the AOA consisting of taxiways and runways for the movement of aircraft. Driving in this area requires communication and clearance from the control tower (ATCT)

Declaration from HFD IC that situation is under control. Fire is out, aircraft stabilized, all Pt’s receiving necessary treatment. Incident then turned over to Airport Ops and downgraded to lower status

Used by control tower for comms with ground vehicles and aircraft if radio stops working
Light signals
What to do if apparatus loses radio contact with control Tower
turn toward tower and flash headlights until Tower acknowledges with light gun
light signal: OK to cross runway or taxiway
Steady green
light signal: Stop
steady red
Light signal: MOVE OFF runway or taxiway NOW
Flashing red
light signal: Go back where you started
Flashing white
light signal: USE EXTREME Caution
