Bomb threat to a structure or anything other than an aircraft
Condition 1-B
Hijacking on an aircraft or in a terminal
Condition 2
Area on the AOA consisting of taxiways and runways for the movement of aircraft. Driving in this area requires communication and clearance from the control tower (ATCT)

Declaration from HFD IC that situation is under control. Fire is out, aircraft stabilized, all Pt’s receiving necessary treatment. Incident then turned over to Airport Ops and downgraded to lower status

Initial Alert III (HEAVY airport box)
On “off airport aircraft incidents,” which airport may respond
IAH, AR-1 and triage vehicle may respond – AR-1 & AR-21 will have to facilitate usage of ARFF equipment with Airport Ops
How far are ARFF vehicles limited in their response outside of airport
3 statute MILES

ALL ARFF units will respond to ALL hangar areas inside AOA fence
Station 81
Fuel spills or HAZMAT on AOA at IAH
AR8 responds – another ARFF vehicle if out of svc
Fuel spills or HAZMAT on AOA at HOU
AR26 AND AR21
Med Emergency on aircraft on AOA, will respond, notify OEC of emergency and assist HFD personnel in gaining entry thru comm with airport ops

Will respond to ALL MCI at airport and determine resources needed
ARFF Command
Bomb threats, stage at appropriate alert response point and turn off ALL radios, cell phones, and MDTs if within ________

Hijacking Condition 2
ARFF command will notify OEC when responding to alerts, etc and will provide following info
1-which airport 2- describe emergency 3- ARFF units responding 4- ID # of runway or complex 5- Add'l resources as needed
If Alert II, after OEC dispatches add’l units, senior ARFF officer will provide following add’l info to responding units
1-type of aircraft
2-# of passengers
3- Amount of fuel on board
4- nature of problem
