Valid to named driver and airfield only
Valid for 12 months from date of issue
Drivers must pass an exam with 100%

Standard regulations can be found where?
Regulatory article 3000 series
Airfield driving regulations?
Vehicles are to be at least 50m behind taxiing air system
Do not reverse without being marshalled
Do not overtake other vehicles
Speed limit of 30mph or lower (20mph night)
No parking on or near the taxiway
Vehicles must have serviceable hazard warning lights and carry a red torch
In the event of a breakdown, driver is to remain with the vehicle and warn aircraft that is it an obstruction. ATC must be informed
Head lights must be dipped at all times
Right of way rules?
Vehicles and taxiing aircraft must give way to aircraft being towed
Vehicles give way to taxiing aircraft
Exceptions to the rules?
Emergency services when responding to incidents
Mu-meter runs.
