  1. 1ST HOOK GROUNDING STRAP TO A CERTIFIED STATIC GROUND AND THEN TO THE AIRCRAFT GROUNDING RECEPTACLE. EXTRA CARE MUST BE TO ALWAYS HOOK THE GROUNDING STRAP TO THE DECK 1ST.
