Q
What are your strengths?
A
- I feel I have a good emotional intelligence often providing advice to others, even much older than me, when they face issues in life. I believe this comes from childhood being surrounded by much older sibilings, with my oldest brother being 38, which has meant I grew up much quicker in some way.
- i have also faced great family challenges in my life, being from a big family of half siblings, so I have been use to conflicts in relationships. This has allowed me to hone on my emotional intelligence.
- Simiarly, the challenges I have faced in the work place such as disgruntled or rude customers, especially in lockdown, have allowed me to hone on my conflict resolution skills.
