AHRS1 and AHRS2
Only when IMC
1. Land - ASAP
GYRO (CAD) + AHRS (failed side) and <—> ATT (working side)
AHRS Failure - Failure of one AHRS
- Flight controls - Hands on
- RCU - Reconfigure for valid AHRS
AP A.TRIM + GYRO + AHRSi
Loss of 2nd AHRS
Note: Loss of 2nd AHRS which has already been configured to AHRS 1 or 2 via the RCU
SECOND AHRS FAILURE
1. Flight controls - Hands on
If IMC
2. Land - ASAP
AP A.TRIM + GYRO + TRIM
AHRS Discrepancies
- Flight Controls - Hands on
AP A.TRIM + AUTOPILOT
- Flight controls - Hand on
AP A.TRIM + GYRO + AHRS knob on RCU set to 1 or 2
Discrepancies between the AHRS and RATE GYRO
- Flight controls - Hands on
If IMC
2. Land - ASAP
AP A.TRIM + Actuation + Trim + Amber PFD axis letter
Single Actuation Failure: AFCS works normally, reduced control authority, no change in control feel
- Flight controls - “Hands on”
AP A.TRIM + GYRO
DISCREPANCIES BETWEEN RECONFIGURED AHRS AND RATE GYRO
1. Flight Controls - Hands on
If IMC
2. LAND ASAP
AP A.TRIM + TRIM
TRIM FAILURES - loss of autotrim
1.Flight controls - Hands on
AP A.TRIM + AUTOPILOT
AP DISENGAGEMENT OR FAILURE - Autotrim and AP SAS are lost. P/R SAS, Yaw SAS and P Dampener still function
- Flight controls - Hands on
AP A.TRIM + P/R SAS + TRIM
P/R SAS FAILURES - Loss autotrim, failure of P/R SAS
- Flight controls - Hands on
